Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform comprehensive preventative maintenance and repair standards on customer vehicles and related ancillary equipment.
  • •Diagnose faults, ensure correct part replacement, and support warranty claims in line with warranty terms.
  • •Attend customer sites as required to carry out repairs and modifications.
  • •Complete job cards, service sheets, timesheets, and other relevant paperwork accurately and on time.
  • •Enforce Health, Safety & Environmental standards, adhere to Safe Systems of Work, maintain housekeeping/PPE requirements, and report accidents, risks, and near misses without delay.
Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

  • •Mechanical technical background with the ability to work with minimal day-to-day supervision.
  • •Ability to read wiring diagrams and technical information.
  • •Computer literate and able to complete job cards, service sheets, and timesheets accurately.
  • •Desirable: GCSEs in Mathematics and English, and electrical/mechanical certificates or NVQ in mechanical engineering (or equivalent experience).
  • •Full driving licence and flexibility to work at different customer locations when required.
