Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist with loan documentation, closing, booking, and system setup (LoanIQ).
  • •Coordinate and approve advance/paydown requests and settlements of principal, interest, and fees.
  • •Support changes to client/borrower loan facilities for amendments, renewals, waivers, joinders, and restructurings.
  • •Review borrowing base and servicer reports for compliance; monitor covenant adherence and support audits and due diligence.
  • •Act as a key contact for clients/borrowers and third parties, and prepare/distribute monthly/quarterly portfolio and settlement reports and ad hoc analysis.

Salary: USD 69,000 - 105,000 annually

Key Requirements
