Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead Serco UK&E’s Road Transport and Dangerous Goods strategy.
  • •Own governance, assurance, and regulatory compliance for road transport, operator licensing, and dangerous goods to protect licenses and minimise exposure.
  • •Maintain and report robust audit, risk, and assurance processes.
  • •Lead senior teams across regulatory licensing, fleet operations, fleet development, and supply chain.
  • •Drive fleet strategy across 5,000+ vehicles, including procurement, leasing, maintenance, lifecycle management, disposal, and whole-life cost optimisation.
