Job Summary

Senior change management professional leading the Transformation program at Hermes, defining and deploying the global change framework, providing methodological support to projects, and coordinating cross-functional change activities (processes, organizations, and people). Will drive knowledge management, training, and adoption metrics with HR, IT, and business leads, ensuring coherent communications and scalable governance across HMS transformations.

Key Responsibilities

•Define and deploy the overall change strategy for the Transformation Program; provide methodological support and ensure transverse management of change topics
•Design and disseminate a change management framework (toolkit, templates, rituals) and train project teams in the methodology
•Build a transversal view of impacts across processes, organizations and employees; collaborate with project teams and HR on role evolution and skill changes
•Identify key stakeholders, potential blockers, and levers to ensure adoption and engagement across projects
•Monitor implementation of change actions from design to Go-Live, and create a consolidated view with common performance indicators to measure adoption and ownership

Key Requirements

•Master level degree (Bac+5) in management, social sciences or digital transformation
•8-10 years of experience in change management and/or knowledge management within digital transformation contexts (e.g., ERP changes)
•Strong understanding of organizational and human factors affecting change
•Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and work cross-functionally
•Good listening, pedagogy, and influencing abilities; agile and adaptable
