Job Summary

Provide first-line support for AWS, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud Platform environments. Monitor cloud services, log and prioritize incidents and service requests in ticketing systems, perform initial troubleshooting, and escalate complex issues to Level 2/Level 3 teams. Support basic provisioning and de-provisioning, manage IAM access, respond to monitoring alerts using tools like CloudWatch/Azure Monitor/Stackdriver, and maintain documentation, reports, and SLA-compliant customer communication.

Key Responsibilities

•Monitor cloud infrastructure and services (VMs, storage, networking, databases) and respond to issues.
•Log, categorize, and prioritize incidents and service requests using ticketing tools such as ServiceNow and Jira.
•Perform first-level troubleshooting and resolution for common cloud issues; escalate complex problems to Level 2/Level 3 teams.
•Support cloud operations including basic provisioning/de-provisioning and user access management with IAM roles and permissions.
•Use monitoring tools to track system health, maintain uptime, and provide documentation, reporting, and timely customer/stakeholder updates during incidents and outages.

Key Requirements

•0–2 years of experience in IT support, cloud support, or help desk.
•Basic understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and their services such as VMs/EC2, storage (S3/Blob), and networking concepts (VPC, subnets, DNS basics).
•Basic OS knowledge of Windows Server and Linux fundamentals.
•Familiarity with ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Remedy) and monitoring tools.
•Entry-level cloud certifications preferred: AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner, Microsoft Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900), and/or Google Cloud Digital Leader.
