Program Manager - Trust and Safety

Optimize Trust and Safety policies and processes to improve both user experience and internal operations. Create and maintain proposals, project charters, workflows, and in-depth documentation, while driving initiatives that enhance user safety using AI, data, and process improvements. Plan, prioritize, and execute complex cross-functional projects, partner with Legal and Product teams on enforcement strategies, and lead key program areas such as guarantees, dispute mediation, content moderation, and data privacy.
