Key Responsibilities

  • •Own and achieve the regional annual sales target (over 5M), breaking it into action plans and driving execution.
  • •Develop new OEM/end customers/system integrators and build/maintain key customer relationships, identifying decision chains and key influencers.
  • •Manage full-cycle project sales from lead → opportunity → quotation → closing → cash collection; improve pipeline health and conversion rates; push key projects into testing/tender/procurement stages.
  • •Understand low-voltage electrical products and application scenarios to uncover customer needs and deliver differentiated solutions, partnering with technical teams for support.
  • •Track regional industry trends (e.g., new energy, manufacturing), analyze competitors’ strategies, provide market insights, and coordinate with product, technology, order, and supply chain teams for delivery and customer satisfaction.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Automation or related fields (preferred).
  • •5+ years of B2B industrial product sales experience, with priority for low-voltage electrical or automation industry experience.
  • •Proven success in customer development, with customer insight and strong commercial sense.
  • •Ability to develop and manage major accounts, with strong sales process and pipeline management skills.
  • •Business negotiation, technical understanding of low-voltage products/solutions, data sensitivity (sales, profit, cash collection), and strong execution with results orientation.
