Lead ancillary sales at Jiffy Lube Live by driving revenue through VIP upgrades, premier parking, lawn chair rentals, fast lane access, and other upsell opportunities on show days. Oversee execution of upsell programs, analyze concert data and guest feedback to refine pricing and tactics, and help educate guests and staff on sustainability efforts. Train and coach a small ancillary sales team while ensuring operational excellence before, during, and after events.

•Oversee execution of upsell programs and ensure seamless guest interactions.
•Continuously analyze data and guest feedback to adjust pricing strategies and sales tactics.

•Collaborate with venue leadership and the box office team to ensure staffing and troubleshoot inventory/pricing/guest issues.
•Maintain inventory throughout the season, secure/reconcile day-of-show sales, and participate in post-show sweeps including lawn chair removal and recyclables collection.
