Key Responsibilities

  • •Define business outcomes with stakeholders and translate them into traceable solution designs.
  • •Deliver end-to-end solution architecture for large, multi-market frontline channel products/features, reporting to the senior architect.
  • •Create and evolve architecture for build/SaaS/cloud-native solutions with scalability, resilience, portability, and cost efficiency.
  • •Design CRM/SaaS and cloud-to-on-prem integration patterns using APIs, events/messaging, and data flows.
  • •Drive governance and risk management by producing architecture deliverables, ensuring timely reviews, and managing deviations from standards.

Key Requirements

  • •Architecture experience delivering complex platforms end-to-end, ideally in financial services.
  • •Strong CRM architecture and extensibility (configuration/customisation and integration to surrounding systems), with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform as an advantage.
  • •Solid cloud architecture capability, with Azure cloud-native key (AWS/GCP knowledge advantageous).
  • •Practical AI solution design experience, including agentic and human-in-the-loop workflows and safe integration patterns.
  • •Fluent in API and event-driven design (REST, asynchronous messaging) and strong security architecture judgment across identity, access control, encryption/data handling, and cyber risk.
