Job Summary

Join the System Level Product Engineering team for groundbreaking semiconductor hardware work. You’ll help with system-level diagnostics, verification, and post-silicon validation, collaborating across ASIC, DFT, ATE, silicon validation, fab processes, software, and quality teams to improve test methodologies, yield, and spec validation.

Key Responsibilities

•Solve complex testing challenges and develop new methodologies for reliable testing of chips at SLT.
•Characterization, yield enhancement and spec validation as core responsibilities.
•Partner with other engineering groups (ASIC, DFT, ATE, silicon validation, fab process, software, quality) to coordinate efforts and resolve silicon issues.
•Initiate and drive process improvements/preventative actions through root cause analysis.
•Continue to improve workflows, products, functions, and methodologies while working cross-functionally to achieve company goals.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 136,000 - 258,750 annually

Key Requirements

•BSEE or MSEE degree (or equivalent experience)
•5+ years of relevant product engineering work experience or similar hardware systems background
•Self-motivated with strong technical, interpersonal, written/oral communication skills
•Problem solving experience/ability
•Be able to quickly become a strong contributor both as an individual and as a member of highly productive team.
