Key Responsibilities

•Develop and maintain tools to maximise engineering efficiency, including automating deployment infrastructure and database upgrades
•Collaborate with engineers to improve automation and developer experience across teams
•Create, maintain and test disaster recovery tooling and processes
•Advocate for and enable AI-assisted day-to-day work with guardrails
•Handle production incidents, publish blameless postmortems, and enrich runbooks and playbooks
