Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and maintain tools to maximise engineering efficiency, including automating deployment infrastructure and database upgrades
  • •Collaborate with engineers to improve automation and developer experience across teams
  • •Create, maintain and test disaster recovery tooling and processes
  • •Advocate for and enable AI-assisted day-to-day work with guardrails
  • •Handle production incidents, publish blameless postmortems, and enrich runbooks and playbooks

  • •Production-grade software experience with shipping and operating services
