•Drive successful change adoption with external and internal stakeholders.
•Gather, translate, and clarify requirements, and define design options.
•Write user stories and deliver work using agile methodology.
•Use JIRA and Confluence to manage requirements and track delivery.

Key Requirements

•Experience implementing and managing business and technology changes to support a seamless transition to Business as Usual (BAU).
•Knowledge of banking and financial services domain, preferably both retail and corporate.
•Ability to gather, translate, and clarify requirements and define design options.
•Hands-on experience writing user stories and delivering in an agile methodology.
•Experience using Agile tools such as JIRA and Confluence for requirements management.
