Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive Transportation business performance and strategically grow market share to become a preferred, trusted advisor to clients.
  • •Manage local client coordination and cross-selling efforts with region, district, national business lines, and pursuit management.
  • •Act as the local face of the company by attending civic and industry events, conferences, and forums.
  • •Develop and execute local growth and business development strategy in collaboration with district and region leaders, including forecasting.
  • •Oversee operational excellence and manage key KPIs (e.g., Sales, Funding, EBITDA, Staff Hiring and Retention, DSO, Utilization, Backlog) while resolving internal and external issues.

Key Requirements
