  • •Support reliability stress tests (HAST, Temperature Cycle, HTS, THS, Moisture Soak) and semiconductor electrical test operations per process specifications and SOPs.
  • •Troubleshoot process or equipment issues using DOE and analysis.
  • •Maintain equipment readiness and uptime while adhering to safety standards.
  • •Maintain 6S, ESD, and workplace safety compliance; participate in training, continuous improvement, and audit-related activities.
