Inpatient Supervisor - 02

Oversee inpatient admission and discharge processes, ensuring finance and administrative procedures are followed while maintaining high-quality patient care and confidentiality. Supervise Admission Office staff, manage company bill preparation, and maintain inpatient documentation in secure files. Ensure activities meet JCI legal requirements and departmental policies, provide orientation and on-the-job training for new and existing staff, and act as Head of Department when needed.
