Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee and ensure effective execution of global governance, assurance, conduct, and control standards for the MSS business.
  • •Support oversight of risks and controls with business management and ensure consistent guidance across MSS assessments.
  • •Embed the Periodic Risk Assessment for the Americas Region and support risk assessment and control assessment processes.
  • •Monitor and support timely remediation of control gaps, including Management Action Plans across the Americas and escalation when needed.
  • •Serve as a point of contact for Audit and other second-line defense reviews and act as an escalation point for downstream control issues.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree holder, preferably with a professional qualification, with background in internal control and risk management in Markets.
  • •Experience in business management or risk/control roles within a Markets business.
  • •Basic understanding of Markets business and products.
  • •Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills with strong analytical capability to enhance procedures and controls.
  • •Excellent written and verbal communication skills to negotiate and work with senior business leaders across business lines and geographies.
