Support store management to achieve Levi’s Store Iconic status by driving profitable sales, managing expenses, and ensuring operational standards. Lead and coach the team in customer service and LS&CO selling behaviors (“Connect, Consult and Close”), execute visual merchandising and housekeeping standards, and maintain inventory processes including RFID-enabled management. In the manager’s absence, assume store responsibility while training and retaining staff and supporting loss prevention and inventory accuracy.
