Job Summary

Lead the Consulting & Technology finance function, owning financial analysis, forecasting, planning, and budgeting across the C&T business unit. Oversee financial control and transactional finance teams, drive finance transformation and operating-model improvements, and enhance balance sheet reporting and controls. Own key Exco/Board reporting, provide commercial analysis on financial performance, and manage revenue analysis and budgeting while coordinating business partnering and FP&A delivery.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead and develop a team of 33 across FP&A, financial control, and transactional finance, including offshore/shared service components.
•Design and innovate financial analytics, KPIs, forecasting, planning, and budgeting across the enlarged C&T business unit.
•Oversee financial control and improve balance sheet reporting and controls across C&T.
•Drive finance transformation and change, including operating model improvements, efficiencies, and continued offshoring activity.
•Own C&T annual budget and deliver key Exco/Board reporting, including forecasting/outlooks, margin/pricing analysis, and revenue leakage analysis.

Key Requirements

•Qualified Accountant (or qualified with experience) with seasoned functional leadership expertise.
•Strong FP&A experience, including managing a multi-geographical team (desirable).
•Experience in global organizations and comfort working with localized requirements.
•Experience within a PE environment (advantageous).
•Expertise presenting complex finance information to Executive Leadership and non-finance management.
