Key Responsibilities

•Provide strategic partnership to the Senior Vice President of Strategy and Operations and leadership team.
•Manage highly sensitive and confidential information, handling executive communications, strategic plans, and sensitive materials with discretion.
•Translate high-level strategic objectives into actionable operational frameworks and tracking mechanisms to ensure flawless execution.
•Act as a collaborative liaison across teams, executives, and external partners to align priorities and drive company-wide goals.
•Manage complex and dynamic international calendars with proactive planning, meeting materials, and briefs.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 76.96 - 92.53 hourly

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, with 8+ years in a direct executive support role.
•Strong attention to detail, proactive and driven, able to initiate and complete projects with limited information or resources.
•Proven experience managing projects effectively and meeting deadlines using various communication and project management tools.
•Team-oriented mindset, willing to assist colleagues and contribute to shared success.
•Excellent judgment and meticulous approach to work.
