Key Responsibilities

  • •Complete a 4-8 week onboarding and education program with rotations in operations and Sales & Service, including certification at the conclusion of the program.
  • •Use consultative sales process and Financial Needs Assessment to build customer profiles and identify current and future financial needs.
  • •Maintain in-depth knowledge of retail consumer and small business products/services and recommend solutions using the bank’s value proposition.
  • •Proactively reach out to customers using CAMP and other approved marketing tools to set appointments for periodic financial reviews; cross-sell and participate in outside sales activities as directed.
  • •Process teller transactions, maintain customer satisfaction, guide CSRs on sales/referrals, and handle consumer loan/bankcard process from application through closing while following risk and ethical policies.

Key Requirements

  • •College degree or work experience providing transferrable skills, or a combination of education and experience.
  • •Experience in the financial industry preferred.
  • •Ability to develop comfort with sales activities to acquire new consumers/households and cross-sell to existing customers.
  • •Demonstrated understanding of advanced math functions to analyze credit and financial information.
  • •Ability to develop a working knowledge of Retail policies and procedures to make sound decisions; S.A.F.E. Act registration required through NMLS at the time of employment.
