Personal Banker Associate I

Serve as a Retail Personal Banker focused on consultative sales to identify and meet customers’ financial needs. Build customer profiles using Financial Needs Assessment, recommend retail consumer and small business products, and proactively reach out using approved marketing tools to set appointments. Cross-sell to existing customers, support outside sales activities, and partner with business partners to refer customers for holistic solutions, while processing teller transactions and maintaining risk and ethical standards.
