Key Responsibilities

  • •Own servicing and operational KPIs, fixing structural problems with cross-functional teams or incubating operations from scratch for new partnerships and products.
  • •Ensure partner success by keeping partners’ operational KPIs and SLAs stable and consistently green.
  • •Influence product teams and indirectly lead operational teams to keep them high-performing with sufficient capacity and proper prioritization for partners.
  • •Set and execute the global operational roadmap to scale the servicing model with partner growth.
  • •Create impact through an autonomous operating style—building a vision with your team while incorporating feedback across Wise.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: GBP 118,000 - 156,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of experience in a broad role within the payments ecosystem, delivering large projects to completion.
  • •Leadership in operations with a track record in senior operational leadership roles in FinTech, Financial Services, or Technology.
  • •Entrepreneurial, hands-on execution delivering high-impact end-to-end solutions in data-driven environments.
  • •Fluency with data, using spreadsheets and analytics dashboards for insights; preferably SQL and Python.
  • •Comfort working through qualitative inputs like customer contacts, operational cases, and side-by-sides sessions.
