Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of senior product leadership experience in large, complex matrix organisations, with at least 3 years as the top-level owner of a distinct product or product line.
  • •Experience in everyday banking products or financial services.
  • •Experience delivering large-scale, complex transformation and change programs across multiple business units.
  • •Experience leading medium to large multi-disciplinary teams and building an agile, team-oriented environment.
  • •Strong strategy development and execution, including customer/product discovery and measurement, plus business case development and portfolio performance management.
