Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the full lifecycle of the NetSuite ERP environment, including architecture design, configuration optimization, integration development, and roadmap planning for finance modules.
  • •Drive process excellence across Order-to-Cash and Procure-to-Pay workflows by resolving integration gaps between upstream systems and ERP.
  • •Identify and implement automation opportunities across finance workflows, including deploying AI agents to replace manual processes.
  • •Establish and maintain operational controls with disciplined change management, data governance, and measurable SLAs for audit readiness and SOX compliance.
  • •Partner cross-functionally and lead system enhancements, upgrades, and third-party integrations while maintaining documentation, training materials, and system stability/security.
