Key Responsibilities

  • •Conduct and assist with neurological diagnostic tests and procedures (EEG, nerve conduction studies, EMG, and autonomic testing) following protocols.
  • •Prepare patients for tests, explain procedures, provide instructions, and support comfort and cooperation.
  • •Assist during diagnostic procedures by supporting neurologists with patient positioning, equipment setup, and troubleshooting.
  • •Accurately record and document test results and patient information in EMR systems while ensuring compliance and confidentiality.
  • •Maintain neurology equipment (maintenance/calibration) and follow infection control and safety protocols; support quality improvement activities.

Key Requirements

  • •Specialized knowledge of neurology and neurological diagnostic procedures.
  • •Knowledge of neuroanatomy, neurophysiology, common neurological disorders, and diagnostic procedures.
  • •Proficiency using electronic health records (EHR) and other healthcare technology.
  • •Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients and healthcare professionals.
  • •Valid BLS certification and relevant Saudi Council requirement (licensure/certification).
