Production Lead - 2nd Shift

Lead a team of hourly associates in Carvana’s Inspection Center to hit daily, weekly, and monthly production and quality targets. Oversee safe movement of vehicles for repairs, review and approve mechanical/cosmetic defects, and partner with the Inspection Center General Manager on repair versus reject decisions. Coach and develop your team using Quality Control standards to reduce re-checks, rework, and production delays while maintaining adherence to systems and performance expectations.
