Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead O2S delivery, owning the trusted digital thread from order through fulfillment, invoice, and service to enable transparency and scalable operations.
  • •Deliver reusable Snowflake data products by harmonizing priority ERP sources and building accurate order/shipment/invoice/service visibility.
  • •Shape and deliver the O2S AI pipeline (forecasting, cycle-time anomaly detection, service-copilot patterns) with model/agent selection, evaluation, guardrails, and MLOps.
  • •Lead and grow a multidisciplinary forward-deployed engineering team (~8), including recruiting, cross-training, and tiered upskilling on Snowflake, Azure, and GenAI/agents.
  • •Run delivery management and governance: single intake, WSJF-style prioritization, quarterly capacity planning, KPI/value reporting, and responsible-AI/data privacy guardrails.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data/Analytics, Engineering, or a related field.
  • •Progressive experience delivering enterprise data, analytics, or BI products, including several years leading and developing teams.
  • •Own end-to-end delivery of trusted O2S data products across orders, order lines, bookings, backlog, invoicing, shipping/delivery, fulfillment, service contracts, cases, and POS.
  • •Harmonize priority ERP sources (e.g., SAP ECC/S4, Vista, GV) into reusable, well-modeled Snowflake data products.
  • •Partner with AI capabilities: deliver demand/backlog forecasting, cycle-time anomaly detection, and service-copilot patterns with responsible-AI guardrails.
