Key Responsibilities

  • •Embed with Capital Projects construction project managers on large megaprojects to ensure scope capture and timely executive-level decision flow.
  • •Lead recurring stakeholder meetings, set and enforce hard deadlines on critical-path action items, and frame decisions with cost/timing tradeoff analyses.
  • •Build Design & Construction tools and analytics, including financial dashboards, reports, approval flows, and facility design standards; start in Excel and iterate toward scalable tools.
  • •Own site turnovers by driving construction punchlists to zero and ensuring production teams have required infrastructure and integrations with functions like physical security and network engineering.
  • •Prepare crisp executive briefings and project-manage high-stakes special projects across multiple stakeholders.

Key Requirements

  • •4+ years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, internal operations, or a business analyst role.
  • •Proven experience in Design & Construction, or the ability to ramp quickly into the domain.
  • •Analytical aptitude with the ability to quickly execute analyses in Excel and think in terms of numbers and data models.
  • •Ability to communicate clearly and concisely with executives using PowerPoint, including excitement for broad communication with senior leadership.
  • •Must be a U.S. Person due to required access to U.S. export controlled information or facilities.
