Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage construction supervision projects across the full project lifecycle, accountable for delivery against budgets, schedules, and technical/quality requirements.
  • •Provide financial oversight: develop budgets, monitor cost and resource allocation, investigate overruns, and ensure projects are delivered on schedule and on budget.
  • •Manage quality and HSSE: approve QA/QC and HSSE plans, ensure inspections and non-conformities are addressed, and oversee safety inspections and incident investigations.
  • •Coordinate client and authorities: finalize project commencement orders, obtain approvals/licenses/permits, manage client relations and expectations, and handle clarifications.
  • •Review and approve contractor submittals and project controls: work programs, schedules, RFIs, claims and variation orders, materials testing, commissioning/hand-over documents, and final inspections/snags/close-out deliverables.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Master’s Degree in Engineering preferred).
  • •12+ years of experience in the Architecture, Engineering and Planning industry.
  • •12+ years of experience in a top-tier regional/multinational consultancy firm in a construction supervision role.
  • •Demonstrated deep expertise across construction supervision, including client/contractor management, contract administration, quality management, and dispute management.
  • •Excellent project management, interpersonal/leadership, and communication skills, including proficiency in spoken and written Arabic and English.
