  • •Develop and evaluate system concepts and options to determine best electrical design and engineering solutions for each project scope.
  • •Develop electrical design drawings and specifications for building electrical systems construction and ensure approved drawings/specs are distributed.
  • •Lead and coordinate engineers, designers, and clerical staff, and coordinate integration with architects, mechanical, and structural engineers.
  • •Interface with clients to discuss changes to designs and/or specifications and represent the company professionally with owners, vendors, and contractors.
  • •Perform systems analysis, prepare reports and studies, estimate costs, and help manage design manpower budget while mentoring junior team members.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering (or closely related discipline).
  • •7+ years of post-education engineering experience, including prior mechanical design experience.
  • •Strong organizational, prioritization, decision-making, and analytical skills.
  • •Strong verbal, written, analytical, persuasive, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • •Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and experience using Revit.
