Job Summary

Lead the Rail Stations MEP design team on flagship UK and international projects, delivering concepts through detailed design (RIBA 4/GRIP 5) with a focus on sustainable, low-carbon MEP systems. Collaborate with clients and contractors, manage multidisciplinary design coordination, and mentor engineers in a high-profile environment on projects such as HS2, Network Rail, and TfL.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead Rail stations M&E design team and oversee concept to RIBA 4 / GRIP 5 stages
•Liaise M&E design with Client/Contractors and act as focal point between Client Team and WSP Design team
•Coordinate with M&E design team to resolve design issues and ensure high quality construction engineering solutions
•Mentor and lead a team of M&E engineers, fostering collaboration across disciplines
•Demonstrate working knowledge of Rail M&E building services, including telecoms and fire systems, and ensure compliance with Building Regulations and Part L

•Chartered with a UK Engineering Institution
