•Own meaningful parts of the product end to end, from core player flows to the design system.
•Design consumer-facing experiences across desktop and mobile for gaming culture and creator-driven communities.
•Build, scale, and maintain design system components, tokens, and documentation to keep libraries in sync with production.
•Collaborate with engineers to ensure design system components translate accurately into code.
•Ship and iterate: improve after launch through multiple small rounds rather than large, single releases.
