Finance Associate

Support end-to-end finance operations across Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and treasury activities. Process and schedule vendor and tax payments, validate invoices against PO/ERP records, and prepare payment batches for leadership approval. Handle daily receipt postings via CNAB and manual entries, monitor open items and support collections, and assist with invoicing and boletos. Execute daily bank reconciliations, help maintain cash-flow reporting, and collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and clients.
