Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage design packages across major highway, bus infrastructure, and greenway/active travel projects from concept to construction.
  • •Apply UK and/or Irish design standards to create safe, people-focused transport solutions.
  • •Deliver high-quality deliverables and services that meet client expectations within quality, time, and budget constraints.
  • •Coordinate seamlessly within multidisciplinary teams and collaborate with specialists (e.g., drainage, structures, environmental).

  • •Bachelor’s or master’s degree in civil engineering (or similar).

  • •Knowledge and experience applying UK and Irish design standards for roads and active travel (e.g., DMRB/DMURS and related manuals).
  • •Knowledge of contract documentation and statutory planning/design approvals for major transport projects in the UK and/or Ireland.
