Job Summary

Support customer service operations by validating warranty claims through service record, Big Data, and GPS data review. Coordinate with Authorized Service Centers to investigate suspicious cases and ensure timely resolution with proper documentation. Prepare operational reports and provide updates to the Customer Service Operations team. Assist monthly service operations, including invoice verification, payment processing, and cross-functional coordination with Finance and external partners.

•Strong analytical skills to review data, identify operational issues, and support improvement initiatives.
•Ability to communicate and present in Vietnamese and English.

•Ability to integrate AI tools in work.
