Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide consistently high standards of customer experience in the store according to Puma’s brand values and service standards
  • •Achieve or exceed sales, KPIs and profitability targets through effective customer service
  • •Process sales transactions at checkout accurately, securely and quickly
  • •Maintain cleanliness and order of the store and comply with visual merchandising guidelines
  • •Assist with managing stock levels, inventory counts and product availability

Key Requirements

  • •At least 1 year of experience in a retail environment or other relative experience, preferred
  • •Strong team player and communication skills
  • •Ability to learn quickly and adapt to store systems
  • •Proficiency with MS Office and basic computer skills
  • •Ability to lift/carry, push/pull up to 30 pounds regularly
