Job Summary

Consultant role supporting agile Capital Markets projects, driving business analysis, interface design, and testing for Murex and related systems. You will progressively lead subprojects and small teams, contribute to internal topics, and operate in a dynamic, international Capco environment with hybrid work options across Germany’s key cities.

Key Responsibilities

•You will accompany challenging agile consulting projects in the capital markets space from business analysis and functional/interface conception to testing and implementation
•Gradually take on more responsibility for your topics and lead subprojects and smaller project teams
•In addition to project work, you will have the opportunity to contribute to internal topics and implement your own ideas
•Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure successful delivery and alignment with capital markets workflows
•Support continuous improvement and knowledge sharing within the Capco team through coaching and peer learning

Key Requirements

•A completed university degree
•Relevant practical experience in consulting projects within the financial services sector and experience in guiding complex IT and/or transformation projects
•Strong knowledge of capital market products and processes (e.g., Fixed Income, Derivatives, FX/MM) and functions (Sales, Trading, Middle Office, Operations, Risk)
•Ideally experience with CM standard systems, especially Murex (or comparable systems) as user, functional owner, or configurator
•Ideally knowledge in project management, functional and interface design, target operating model design, integration, migration and/or testing
