Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver data/technical architecture work on billable projects while balancing team leadership and utilization.
  • •Define and govern overall data architecture strategy across Salesforce orgs for scalability, security, and enterprise alignment.
  • •Own end-to-end data migration (discovery through validation) and advise on Salesforce object model best practices.
  • •Establish data governance frameworks, data ownership, and data stewardship; lead data access and sharing model decisions.
  • •Hire, train, and mentor direct reports; lead workshops and oversee developer teams to deliver client solutions and measurable CSAT/ROI outcomes.

Key Requirements
