  • •Own commercial strategy and performance for an enterprise customer portfolio in ANZ, with accountability for renewal, expansion, and long-term revenue growth.
  • •Build and sustain C-suite and functional leadership relationships, positioning Braze as a strategic partner.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of progressive experience in SaaS sales, account management, or similar, with demonstrated revenue, retention, and strategic value outcomes for enterprise customers.
  • •5+ years owning complex enterprise relationships end to end, including renewal, upsell, and expansion across multi-product, multi-brand, or multi-region portfolios.
  • •Experience negotiating multi-year enterprise agreements through procurement, legal, and finance, including consumption-based structures and commercial restructures.
  • •Proven ability to influence at C-suite level and grow enterprise accounts with value-based selling.
  • •Strong commercial and financial fluency to build ROI/value cases that hold up to executive scrutiny.
