Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver lessons that inspire students to succeed and achieve the best possible outcomes.
  • •Plan, prepare, and present curriculum-aligned sessions for the full ability range; organize classroom provision and learning resources.
  • •Assess and track student progress using school assessment requirements, including Target Tracker, and use data to inform planning and interventions.
  • •Follow the school behaviour policy and manage classes effectively, acting decisively when needed while promoting self-control and independence.
  • •Collaborate with colleagues and support wider responsibilities such as parent communication, curriculum action groups, school events, and running a weekly ECA each term.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in the related subject with PGCE or other teacher qualification.
  • •Minimum 1-2 years teaching experience.
