Key Responsibilities

  • •Prepare site civil engineering plans for commercial, industrial, utility, and infrastructure development projects.
  • •Develop site layout, grading design, utility coordination, access and circulation planning, and erosion control measures.
  • •Prepare permit and construction documents and work through entitlement/permitting to Issued-for-Construction (IFC) plan development and construction support.
  • •Conduct technical reviews of design calculations/drawings, prepare technical specifications, and develop construction cost estimates and technical effort estimates.
  • •Lead and mentor junior engineers and technicians, coordinate with project managers/clients, and perform site visits and field investigations as needed.
