Key Responsibilities

  • •Embed with customers post-sale to design, build, and ship integrations of memory APIs into AI agents and products.
  • •Rapidly prototype and productionize custom solutions, from retrieval configuration through full pipeline builds.
  • •Own the technical relationship with strategic accounts, troubleshooting production issues and serving as escalation point.
  • •Translate field learnings into roadmap input by identifying recurring integration gaps for Engineering and Research.
  • •Build reusable tooling, sample apps, and reference implementations; partner with Sales and Customer Success on scoping and expansion.

Key Requirements

  • •4+ years shipping production software, including hands-on integration of APIs/SDKs into customer-facing systems.
  • •Strong Python fundamentals and comfort working across the stack (APIs, data pipelines, and some frontend).
  • •Experience working directly with external customers in a technical capacity (solutions engineering, forward deployed engineering, or technical consulting).
  • •Ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast-changing scopes with limited context.
