Embed with strategic customers after purchase to design, build, and ship integrations of an AI agents memory API into production systems. Key Responsibilities

•Embed with customers post-sale to design, build, and ship integrations of memory APIs into AI agents and products.
•Rapidly prototype and productionize custom solutions, from retrieval configuration through full pipeline builds.
•Own the technical relationship with strategic accounts, troubleshooting production issues and serving as escalation point.
•Translate field learnings into roadmap input by identifying recurring integration gaps for Engineering and Research.
•Build reusable tooling, sample apps, and reference implementations; partner with Sales and Customer Success on scoping and expansion.

Travel: Low travel

Salary: USD 150,000 - 190,000 annually

•Ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast-changing scopes with limited context.
•Strong communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences.
