Job Summary

Design, develop, and deploy AI solutions that create business value, operationalizing AI capabilities with Databricks on Microsoft Azure. Serve as the AI & Cloud Architecture SME, leading scalable AI/cloud architecture design, secure data processing, and integration. •Act as the department’s AI and Cloud Architecture SME, providing strategic leadership and expert guidance on AI and Microsoft Azure technologies.
•Design, build, test, and optimize scalable AI and cloud architectures on Azure, ensuring secure, reliable, and efficient data processing, storage, and integration.
•Develop and implement AI-powered solutions leveraging Azure OpenAI Service and Databricks to deliver high-value business outcomes.
•Evaluate, select, and integrate foundation models, third-party AI services, and emerging technologies aligned with business goals and technical standards.
•Establish governance frameworks, operating procedures, and documentation for AI, data, and cloud platforms; collaborate with cross-functional teams to champion AI adoption.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of AI/ML engineering experience, including at least 2 years specializing in Generative AI, NLP, LLMs, or Agentic AI solutions.
•Proven experience designing and delivering enterprise-scale AI, data, and cloud solutions using Microsoft Azure and Databricks.
•Hands-on expertise in Python, SQL, Spark, Azure AI services, Azure OpenAI, Azure Data Lake, Databricks, MLflow, Delta Lake, and model-serving technologies.
•Experience building and deploying LLM-based applications, including prompt engineering, RAG architectures, vector databases, AI agents, and orchestration frameworks such as LangChain or LlamaIndex.
•Experience with MLOps practices, model lifecycle management, monitoring, fine-tuning techniques (LoRA, RLHF, instruction tuning), and CI/CD automated delivery pipelines.
