Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the technical and operational execution of each enterprise trial from kickoff through the customer’s final decision, including environment setup and configuration.
  • •Gather and scope technical and operational requirements with customer technical and legal ops stakeholders.
  • •Design and deliver training so prospect teams can meaningfully evaluate the product.
  • •Identify, triage, and escalate issues to Product or Engineering as needed to keep trials moving.
  • •Manage the trial timeline and success criteria, coordinate cross-functionally with Sales/Product, and translate trial outcomes into an evidence-based case for close.
