Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the execution of complex domestic and international projects throughout the project lifecycle, from order award to project close-out.
  • •Develop and manage project plans including schedules, milestones, resource requirements, procurement strategies, financial objectives, and risk mitigation.
  • •Coordinate activities across multiple manufacturing sites to optimize project outcomes, capabilities, quality, and cost effectiveness.
  • •Manage critical paths, monitor performance, and proactively address risks and issues to drive execution excellence.
  • •Ensure customer specifications, contractual commitments, and deliverables are understood and executed; manage change requests and commercial terms while supporting successful completion and operational handover.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Business, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
  • •Experience managing complex, multi-functional projects in an engineering, manufacturing, industrial, or technical environment.
  • •Strong project planning, execution, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
  • •Ability to manage multiple priorities with high accuracy and attention to detail.
  • •Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with experience working in a global business environment.
