  • •Collaborate with licensed/certified professionals and technical/regulatory specialists across survey/investigation and abatement/remediation design.
  • •Provide technical and regulatory leadership for hazardous building materials and industrial hygiene projects across New England, the US, and internationally.

Key Requirements

  • •BA/BS plus at least 8 years of experience (or demonstrated equivalency).
  • •Experience performing and managing building hazardous material surveys and abatement oversight (e.g., asbestos, lead paint).
  • •Industrial hygiene, mold, or indoor air quality experience.
  • •Must have 40-hour OSHA HAZWOPER training.
  • •Must have EPA AHERA Asbestos Inspector Certification and be licensed/certified for asbestos in New England states (or eligible to obtain).
