Key Responsibilities

  • •Hire, manage, and develop Delivery & Engagement Managers and Technical Program Managers supporting account teams and customers.
  • •Foster a collaborative, inclusive culture and embody Databricks’ customer-obsessed, truth-seeking first-principles mindset.
  • •Partner with GTM and account teams to support discovery conversations, scope alignment, and contracting for FDE services.
  • •Own and manage the P&L for the business segment, driving strategy and execution with operational rigor and resource allocation.
  • •Serve as a thought leader within Databricks and the public sector data and AI ecosystem; enhance team effectiveness and communicate complex business value solutions.

Key Requirements

  • •Obtain and maintain a minimum U.S. Secret clearance for this leadership role.
  • •At least 5 years of second-line leadership experience managing managers.
  • •10+ years of overall leadership experience managing teams of 20+ individuals.
  • •Relevant high-growth enterprise software pre-sales or professional services success with senior-level tenure.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
