Job Summary

Lead the Project Management Office for the S4 HANA Transformational program, driving delivery methodology, governance, and toolset adoption (SAFe, Signavio, WalkMe, Tosca, LeanIX, HCM Learning). Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and vendors, mentor PMO peers, and report to the IT PMO Director. Hybrid work from Charlotte, NC or Atlanta, GA, with 100% onsite for the first 90 days.

Key Responsibilities

•Define and run the Program management operating system – set up and own meetings cadence, meeting minutes, recordings, follow up actions.
•Maintain KPIs & reporting, organize leadership meeting preparations.
•Define, maintain, and govern PMO toolset – MS Teams, MS SharePoint, Jira, Power BI.
•Define, maintain, and govern organizational Change management and delivery toolset – Signavio, Walk Me, Tosca, LeanIX, HCM Learning.
•Manage licensing of tools by defining personas and tracking usage against licenses

Key Requirements

•7+ years of experience in Program Management Office, focused on SAP / ERP
•Working knowledge of various ERP components and processes
•Tool oriented mindset, and working experience or awareness of various delivery tools such as Walk Me, Signavio, Jira, TOSCA
•Excellent Program Management skills and ability to orchestrate large cross functional teams
•Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills across global, matrixed organizations
