Customer Experience Banker - Bellbrook

Serve as a non-NMLS Financial Concierge for walk-in customers, helping retain and grow consumer and business relationships. You’ll provide excellent customer service, accurately process transactions, and balance daily while proactively identifying customer goals. Recommend appropriate deposit and other banking products, educate customers on consumer deposit offerings, and use disciplined outbound follow-up and referrals to deepen relationships, while following operational, risk, security, and regulatory procedures.
