Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop, evaluate, and discuss turnkey HVAC solutions with account and project teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and customers.
  • •Collect project data to assemble scope and provide detailed cost estimates using plans and specifications.
  • •Prepare RFQs and support budget development, including scope statements, milestone dates, specs, permitting, and bonding requirements.
  • •Create material, subcontractor, purchased equipment, and labor estimates; perform equipment take-offs and pricing to ensure accuracy.
  • •Review bid documents for conflicts/constructability issues, support acquisition and customer satisfaction, and maintain subcontractor relationships; some travel required.

Salary: USD 75,700 - 135,834.99 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Four-year degree in Engineering or Construction Management.
  • •Project Management and/or HVACR related work experience required.
  • •Working knowledge of construction systems including mechanical, electrical, and plumbing, plus HVAC operation, electrical systems, and temperature controls.
  • •Flexibility to work outside normal hours/weekends, with some travel and occasional overnight stays.
  • •Valid driver’s license for at least 12 months with no major or frequent traffic violations.
