Asset Protection Partner

Safeguard Sephora’s assets and help maintain a safe, inclusive retail environment. You’ll partner with store leaders and the District Asset Protection Manager to implement safety and shrink strategies, spend most of your time on the selling floor to deter theft, monitor and investigate losses using CCTV and reporting tools, and de-escalate incidents professionally. You’ll also complete audits and reports, ensure compliance with asset protection policies, and represent the company if required.
